We have over 7,500 references for cases in The Times, making up a full index for the Times Law Reports from April 1993. The Times on-line, however, has from 24 September 2002, made its case law archive available only for payment. Cases remain availble for free for seven days if you register.
This is a perfectly proper choice for them, but it means that we cannot provide link direct to the case reports.
Paper reprints of the Times Law Reports are issued in fortnightly parts, and annual bound volumes from 1990 onward can be obtained from
