You should see two cookies. One is a code of the date of the search, and the second is a referrer ID, in this case REF-ID.
Overall
Affiliates place one of our search boxes or links on their web pages. When a visitor visits lawindexpro from the affiliated site, a cookie is placed on the visitor's computer. If that visitor later subscribes to lawindexpro, our software detects the cookie, a record is kept, and a commission becomes payable to you.

Parties
'We' and cognate terms mean David Swarbrick trading as lawindexpro, of 10 Halifax Road, Brighouse, West Yorkshire HD6 2AG
'You' and cognate terms means the affiliate.
'Visitors' and 'subscribers' refer to third parties visiting lawindexpro from a link on your web-site.
Commissions.
We pay commissions at 10% of the subscription fee (but see also for Repeat Subscriptions.)
All commissions are payable in pounds sterling.
All subscriptions rates are variable by us at our discretion. Affiliates are requested not to advertise specific subscription rates.
Commissions become payable only after the subscription fee is released to us (usually one month after the payment is taken).
Refunds may be made to subscribers or cancellations accepted at our sole discretion. Any commission remaining to be paid will cease to be payable, and where any commission has been paid it will be repayable by the affiliate.
Commissions are paid by direct bank transfer. Affiliates are required to provide appropriate banking details so that payment can be made direct.
Repeat Subscriptions: In the case of any repeating subscription, the standard percentage of the first six payments will be payable. No further commissions are payable.
Once a commission is payable, we will forward a statement to you. Payment will be made after receipt of your invoice.
Affiliates outside the UK must indemnify us against any local taxes due to be deducted before any payment is made.
We reserve the right to hold over any payment of less than £50.00 for a maximum period of three months.
Visitors may use our pages having either disabled or cleared any cookies. The cookie expires after one month. A commission becomes payable if and only if a cookie is found at the time the visitor/subscriber subscribes. We are under an obligation to notify visitors that cookies are used.
Subscription requests are dealt with usually within a few hours. We reserve the right to reject any subscription, or accept any cancellation of a subscription at our discretion.
We are not able to disclose to you any personal details about subscribers, beyond the date, type of subscription and fee paid..
Acceptance
We reserve the right in our entire discretion not to accept any site as an affiliate site. Though no reason need be given we will not normally allow any association with a site which we consider may, in any way, undermine the good image of lawindexpro.
We may withdraw any affiliation acceptance at any time. This will not affect any sums earned before the affiliation is withdrawn, and subscriptions from
Affiliates undertake to inform us on request of the URL of all pages within their control in which the code is placed.
Where any page is password protected, youundertake to provide an appropriate arrengement for free access to verify the content of any page from which a link is made to our site.
Coding/Images
We grant to you a non-exclusive revocable licence to use the coding and images provided.;
Affiliates may not alter or omit any part of the coding save as approved by us in advance.
Our coding may be updated from time to time. You undertake to adapt coding as necessary and notified to you.
You undertake to pass on to us any feed-back received about the lawindexpro web-site.
General
We give no warranty or promise as to the continuity of service of lawindexpro either as to the service being available at any time, or as to the availability of any content.
No relationship of agency, of partnership or of joint venture between you and us arises from the arrangement.
These terms may be varied from time to time. Affiliates are requested to check this site regularly to identify any alteration.
The terms current at the date of any transaction apply to that transaction.
Subscribers are the customers of lawindexpro, and not of any affiliate site in respect of any lawindexpro subscription.
If any terms of this agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining terms, conditions and provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
This agreement is governed by English law.
We exclude liability for all and any loss or damage of any kind (save for personal injury) which may arise in respect of or in connection with this agreement, its performance or otherwise or in respect of equipment or property or for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated saving.
